Starpack PH (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this online ordering platform for food packaging, disposables, and wholesale goods. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform. To place orders you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it; we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept payment through GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards, where available. Pre-order items may require a downpayment before they are reserved or processed. Orders are not considered confirmed until the applicable payment has been received and verified.
We offer delivery and pickup across the Philippines. Any delivery or pickup timelines we provide are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or logistics partner availability.
Cancellations may be subject to limitations. In particular, an order may no longer be cancellable once it has been scanned, dispatched, or delivered. Where a return or refund is granted, it will be processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.
We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, availability and specifications may change, and product images are for illustration only and may differ from the actual items. We do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starpack PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
