Starpack PH (“we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges if you would prefer a different item instead of a return. If you have any questions, you can reach us on Facebook Messenger.
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns and exchanges requested after this 7-day window can no longer be accepted.
Items being returned or exchanged must be new — unused and in their original, resalable condition. Our staff will inspect the item when you bring it in to confirm it meets this condition.
Returns and exchanges are handled in store. Please bring the item back to our store and a member of our staff will assist you and process it on the spot. We recommend bringing your proof of purchase to help us locate your order quickly.
We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns and exchanges are processed at no cost to you.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a credit memo to your account for the value of the returned item. This credit is applied to your account rather than refunded as cash, and is typically processed within 1 day.
If you have a remaining balance on your account after a return, you can use that amount toward the purchase of other items. Your available credit is applied to future orders until it is fully used.
